Good Southern Living.

I love Southern Living magazine. It's always filled with page after page of southern goodies. I'm mentioning this because we're heading down to Florida in just a few weeks and we are going to see one of the Idea Houses! So excited! Yes, I'm more excited just to have the opportunity to be at the beach in September, but seeing this house will be a nice bonus. I also can't wait to eat here. And I love this place. We're meeting up with Jason's parents and his aunt & uncle...should be lots of fun. Please pray for no hurricanes.

I spent most of last week in Memphis... loving that sweet little niece of mine!

It's hard to be three hours away all of the time. I miss her already and I'm sure Christie didn't mind having one more person around to help. Whew, newborns are hard work! I attempted a little photo shoot ~

Kylie slept through most of it which was good. I'll probably have to make monthly trips to Memphis and this still won't be enough to satisfy me. We need to get two of these asap!

Between all of the excitement of the last week or so, I completely forgot to mention that Jason and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary on August 20th! :) Two years ago today we were on our way home from our honeymoon~ This also marks two years to the date that Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans. I'll certainly never forget that day.

Jason decided to quit Nissan after almost ten years, so this has been a huge change. This was not an easy or quick decision. One that's been a long time coming. I think he's going to really like his new job, especially since he will leave those lengthy Japan trips behind~ He is also back in school with hopes to finish his MBA in the Spring. Life is busy and good.

Last but not least...we are three days away from FOOTBALL TIME IN TENNESSEE. Go Vols!
