The Good Stuff.

Lots going on lately which doesn't bode well for the blog. Unfortunately most of the time it hits the end of my priority list. My list is ridiculously long...my attempt at thinking I'm super human or something. ;) Never a dull moment, I suppose.

We had a really fun visit with Christie, Ashley and Kylie last weekend. It went too fast which always seems to be the case. Little Kylie just talks up a storm now. She is just a bundle of energy too! :)

Kennedy is doing great and is still the sweetest ever. She's a pretty laid back baby. Still sleeping good too! No rolling over just yet, but I think it's on the horizon. Hard to believe how fast she's growing - she'll be 4 months old Saturday. We have her doctor appointment next week, so we'll see her real progress then. Pray I can hold it together during the shots. Ugh, not looking forward to that one bit. I am very excited to start feeding her cereal. Baby steps, I know...but they are all so fun!

The good stuff I'm referring to are photos (imagine that). I've been meaning to post some of my favorites from the professional photoshoot in Destin. Gwyne was just wonderful~ :)

Some of my favorites Raven got of 3-month-old Kennedy. :)

All of this photography really motivates me, but finding time is proving so difficult lately. I know my photos will improve so much with all I'm learning in my class, but not without practice! I've been really slacking with the photo taking lately. I did get some of sweet Lizzie's baptism though~

It's really hard to believe we are only 42 shopping days away from Christmas (gulp!). I do already have some gifts in the works so I'm feeling a little ahead of the game. Tomorrow I'm going to Christmas Village - always a fun tradition to really get into the holiday spirit! Part of me would like to go ahead and start decorating (but I won't, don't worry). I've got to get going early this year though because I'm hosting a baby shower for my cousin the 1st weekend in December!
I am ready to start listening to Christmas music and watching some of my favorite holiday movies. Ah...bring on the holidays~

Sorry for the boring post. Hopefully I'll be able to get my act together and post more regularly. Guess I should already start a New Year's resolution list, huh? Never too early to start that! ;)

I'm definitely getting in the spirit extra early this year! Love the pics you took - Lizzie's little tongue sticking out is precious. :)
