Good Motivation.

This long-awaited blog post is presented by Shutterfly. Sadly, I have not lived up to my once a week posting pipe dream (who was I kidding, seriously). BUT, thanks to Shutterfly I have found new motivation {50 free photo cards, oh my!} ...

One of my favorite things about the holiday season are all of the lovely cards people actually take the time to send in the MAIL (probably the most action a mail box ever sees these days). Finally getting to see pictures of family and friends that I don't get to see nearly often enough. I'm one of those crazies who saves holiday photo cards sent to me year after year. No, I wouldn't put myself in the hoarding category, but I hate to not keep pictures. I guess this stems from my not so mild obsession with photos. I digress.

I have used Shutterfly for many, many years now (I'm a Snapfish convert). I love, love their
photo books and have created one every year for vacation. When my sweet little niece was born I couldn't resist creating one for my sister's Christmas gift. And now with my two precious girlies, I am more than busy each November getting all my books made! Whew. They make SUPER gifts though. I also love the wall calendars - a hit with family members too! With babies I feel like photo gifts are the easy way out, but I know those gifts are treasured so much more. :) It's a win-win (that is IF I can find time to sit down with Shutterfly for a few hours)!

Last year is the first time I've used Shutterfly for my
Christmas cards and I was very happy with the finished product and the price too! :) This year I'm hoping for the cardstock version - definitely my favorite over the photo paper. A friend recently told me about a photographer she uses. You might get recognize a couple of super cute kiddos - don't look too closely - you WILL see one in your mailbox come December...Photoshoot - check! I should be getting my cd of pics soon and then on to picking the perfect Christmas card. I definitely feel ahead of the game on this one.

Find out how you can get 50 free photo cards
here. (Thanks Nicole for sending me there)! Happy Holidays everyone! 38 days til Christmas - eek! Not going to even commit to a new post, but here's hoping~

Lots of love, Kim
