Good Plans.

{Edited: Started this last week and am finally getting around to posting!}

Whew. I am finally coming up for air after what felt like a very long January. I'm honestly so glad to be moving on to February. January was brutally cold, I got sick (again), and I think my attitude matched both nicely. ;) Seeing all the pink, red and hearts at least moves my attitude to a happier place. And we have lots of good things to look forward to...for once, we are officially going out for Valentine's Day. I prefer to be more low key since this holiday is so overdone, but it was a good excuse for Jason and I to force ourselves out. We're going to dinner and then a movie. What to see? So many movies to choose from...

Last weekend Kennedy and I went to K-town to see Jason's parents and for another photo session with Raven! :) {My favorite part} This was quite a trip. On Friday, we hitched a ride with Courtney and Lizzie. The girls were great for the first hour and a half...then the crying match began. Courtney and I's nerves started fraying with each passing minute. We did stop a time or two in the last hour to feed the precious (but VERY loud) tiny tots. Somehow we all survived and the babies were perfectly fine once we arrived.

Christie and Kylie were just in a couple of weekend's ago to visit the newest addition to our family. My cousin's baby boy arrived on January 22nd. Little Knox is so sweet and tiny. Hard to ever remember Kennedy being so small. We attempted a photoshoot with the girls, but Kylie was much more interested in running around like the little crazy! It's hard to keep her interest for very long. Kennedy loves her Kylie. :) She smiles and smiles at her. There is no telling what kind of trouble those two will get into later~ I'm sure they'll give Christie and I a run for our money. ;)

I've had a really hard time lately...so much on my list and never even close enough time to do more than one or two things (hence the bad attitude). Welcome to motherhood, right? I just have so many things I want to do. It gets frustrating, but I guess I just have to remember to tackle one thing at a time. Easier said than done, of course.

My attitude has improved quite a bit since last week...well, at least in the last two days it has! :) Could it be that today is Friday and the weekend is finally here?

Happy Valentine's Day! I could eat my little sweetheart up...I guess a cute pink cupcake will do instead. I'll post more pics very soon~
