Intelli-good?

So... I finally decided to spend the $30 on this little test. Jason has been very uncooperative - something about psychologically being able to change the gender~ Ha. I told him sadly I do not have such powers - this decision is all DNA. Well, my verdict is that this should be called Intelli-poo! The test itself is very easy and I feel like the instructions were very straight forward. It was the end result that left me no more in the "know" than before. I'm going with 60-70% GIRL, but this test didn't really increase the odds. I'd be happy either way, but now I'm really counting down to November 4th! Last year I was able to get a real sneak peek in Memphis, so it's testing every ounce of patience I have to wait until my official ultrasound. Since we are getting closer, I've put a poll up to see what the rest of you think.

In other news, Kennedy is jabbering away constantly now. She can say lots and lots of words and attempts to repeat just about anything she hears. She is also walking all over the place now too. We are constantly entertained. Wish I had more energy to keep up with her though! Whew. She almost never stops! Had her 15 month check up a couple of days ago. The little peanut is finally over the 20 lb mark (only by 6 oz, but it counts)! She's still in the 10-25% for weight and 25% for height. Staying right on her petite track.

Hit a snag in computer-land. Our laptop had a lovely little error message for us last Friday. The hard drive is relatively new, so it's a very frustrating situation. Thankfully Jason and I both have our work laptops, but I do not deal well with a non-functioning home computer! This little fiasco did motivate me to really get what I need for backing up my pictures. We bought a new external hard drive reserved for my pictures only, a dvd writer and a stack of dvds! Yay~ :) I feel so much better knowing I have several forms of backup. Now I have to get burning! Oh, and my picture files were not lost - I did have a few moments of, am I going to lose my mind yet or not... Love technology.

I feel so behind in just about every aspect of life right now, but I guess under the circumstances that's just par for the course. Things are going well... I'm at 17 weeks and the little belly bump is starting to show now. I still have moments where I don't believe we are going to have another baby so soon. It's exciting and insane in the same moment.

Kennedy's halloween costume is finished - thanks to my wonderful mother-in-law! Love having such craftiness in the family! Pictures to come, but I have to say it is the CUTEST thing I've seen in a long time. :) We went to the pumpkin patch last Sunday. Kennedy was very serious until she finally got around to checking out the pumpkins. We saw a doggie too which caused even bigger smiles! Lots of fun pics~
