Fortunate and Good.

Wow. I still can't believe what is happening to our city. I never imagined seeing this city completely flooding. It's so devastating. Flooding always made me think of rural areas - certainly not a big city that is land-locked. Water is just very powerful. We were very fortunate to not have had any damage from the floods. New house is safe too. Whew!

I've been wanting to blog oh, you know, for the last 5 weeks and just really haven't had a good opportunity. Our current house sold, closing dates are set and we have tons of packing to do!! Not to mention trying to keep up with two babies! I definitely feel like I'm running around with my head cut off most days. Some days I feel like I'm winning, others the babies take over!! Things seem to be getting slightly more routine.

I'll post much more soon - might be after we move though. Stay tuned. Lots of prayers go out to any families who've lost their homes. I simply cannot imagine how that feels. So so sad.
