Technology: Good, Bad & Ugly.

So... I missed the one month birthday post. I won't let myself take all of the credit. I'm blaming it on technology. Our lovely laptop decided to quit working on Friday. We've had some strange screens come up over the last month or so (but unless you are a member of the Geek Squad, understanding those messages can be a big challenge). Apparently that was our warning that the hard drive was crashing! Boo. Jason didn't quite understand my urgency in repairing the computer, but I was able to convince him to . Thankfully we are up and running for now. We will have to buy a new hard drive sometime soon. Our documents and pictures are safely backed up, so I feel better about things. :) Needless to say, the pictures Courtney is so patiently waiting for are going to take a little longer. ;)

News from the frontlines of Kennedy's world: I've been referring to the gifts she is leaving in her diaper as Operation McNasty~ We'll just leave it at that. Yuck. Today I experienced an entire bottle of formula (unshaken) falling over before I could get the cap on and dripping down my dishwasher and onto the floor...all while my sweet baby was not so patiently waiting to eat. Fun stuff I tell you! We both survived (and so did my floor). Just have to post about these incidents so I don't forget. I'm sure later on it will provide a good laugh.

Jason and I enjoyed getting out on Saturday night and Red Pony did not disappoint. :) Not much on my agenda this week...getting ready for our roadtrip to Memphis and working on some thank yous and pictures. Hope to post new ones soon. I lead SUCH an exciting life, don't I?! Only kidding...just life as a new mommy. :)
